Why this is not voted best happy hour is beyond me. It is certainly one of the most popular happy hours in the area. They do a great small bites menu and drink specials. Brunch is an eclectic affair with updated menus and items like tri-tip benedict. Dinner is meat-centered (ribs, skirt steak, pork shank) but offers seafood and vegetarian options all with a Southwestern flair. Ask about the Downtown Dining Rewards program.
